Thank you for shopping with us! We specialize in collectible trading cards, sealed products, and accessories. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver products safely and efficiently to collectors around the world.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Processing times may be extended during new product releases, holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
  • Some items may be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.

Shipping Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, products within the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Trading Card Product Information

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, please be aware of the following:

  • Individual cards are sold as ungraded unless otherwise stated.
  • We do not guarantee specific card pulls, rarities, inserts, autographs, parallels, or grading outcomes.
  • Sealed products are sourced from manufacturers and authorized distributors when available.
  • Minor imperfections in manufacturer packaging, shrink wrap, box corners, or seals may occur during production and shipping and are not considered defects.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the received item.

This policy applies to all collectible card products, including but not limited to Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, sports cards, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and other trading card games and collectibles.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Sealed Product & Collectible Sales Policy

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, all sales of the following items are considered final once shipped:

  • Booster packs
  • Booster boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
  • Blaster boxes
  • Hobby boxes
  • Mystery packs
  • Mystery boxes
  • Factory-sealed products
  • Randomized collectible products

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on:

  • Desired pulls not being obtained
  • Dissatisfaction with randomized contents
  • Changes in market value
  • Packaging variations from the manufacturer
  • Expected grading results

Returns and replacements may be approved only if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived significantly damaged due to shipping
  • The item is defective and eligible under applicable consumer protection laws

Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and should include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
